The Integrated Being:
:
Techniques to Heal Your Mind-Body-Spirit --
When Sharon was learning to heal by integrating her mind, body, and spirit, several techniques made a profound difference with her health. Forgiveness was one of the most important steps. Once she could forgive herself and others, she found a doorway to gratitude and acceptance. For the mind, she found meditation, affirmations, and visualizations to be important. Grief work, emotional clearing, and pursuing her life purpose all helped immensely. For her body, she worked with her inner child, practiced stress reduction, followed a sensible diet and exercise program, and explored energy healing. To heal her spirit, she lived and spoke her truth with passion and joy, knowing that we’re all connected in Oneness.
Sharon has taken all the healing techniques she has learned, embraced, and taught around the world since 1984, and shares her wisdom with you in The Integrated Being: Techniques to Heal Your Mind-Body-Spirit. Within the 356 pages, Sharon weaves in her personal experiences and teaches you step-by-step valuable processes, exercises, meditations, visualizations, and much more that will assist you to become whole.
Sharon Lund’s firsthand experience with trauma, death, and AIDS was instrumental in her development of a highly effective program to help people overcome tremendous emotional and physical challenges. As an international speaker, spiritual teacher, and writer, her transformational work has been a guiding light to those who seek deeper wisdom.
Sharon’s life experiences have led her to impact audiences around the world including the United States, Canada, Europe, Russia, and Japan. She has also spoken at the White House, has appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show, 48 Hours, Eye on America, and CNN, and was featured in O, The Oprah Magazine.
If you have experienced limitations, negative thought patterns, illness, grief, worry, sadness, resentment, or abuse, you can be healed and live from a place of personal empowerment. This book presents over 47 proven techniques that allow you to transform your thinking and your emotional state into one of physical wellness and inner peace.
The Integrated Being: Techniques to Heal Your Mind-Body-Spirit reveals:
How our mind-body-spirit integrates as a whole to create healing
How we deceptively believe what we see is all there is
How we can change our thinking and, therefore, change our circumstances
How life can be viewed from a full spectrum, resulting in higher
levels of truth, joy, and love
Sharon’s greatest contribution is that we all discover our authentic selves and we live our lives as whole, integrated beings with purpose and passion.

Motivation for the film came from the understanding that most people fear death. If we can learn the lesson of near-death experiences, that death is a normal, loving experience, then we have the opportunity to release our fear of death and live life more fully, in the moment. Energy is no longer drained into worry and resistance, but is available now.
